Every machine passes through the same five-stage assessment.

Component Assessment and Dimensional Verification

Condition is assessed, and existing dimensions are measured against OEM design criteria.

Low-Speed Balancing

Rotating assemblies are balanced to OEM, API and JIS acceptance criteria.

Surface Treatment and Coating

Protective treatment and a long-term rust-prevention coating are applied, enabling safe storage and transit.

Final Inspection and Sign-Off

The component is released against OEM quality assurance sign-off.
